In all my not so spare time!

Hello Fox Photography friends,
It's been a little busy with my lil preschool and school kiddos! Graduation is nearing and all my seniors are getting their stuff together to end their school years with a big hoorah!  It's time again to book for senior photo week!  That is the week of June17-22 for all my 2014 Seniors.  I know they are super ready to be seniors!  I still have a few sessions available for that week so let me know soon because any session booked for that week gets $100 print credit!  The first five from each school that
call and book an appointment gets a free 16x20 print along with the $100 print credit! Don't just assume someone else has gotten all five spots because you never know!

In all my not so spare time...I went to photograph my sweet niece for her junior prom.  Thanks Downsville High School students who co-operated so nicely for all the fun snapshots .  I can't believe this sweet girl is already about to be a senior!! Well here's a couple of the fun confetti pics from the night. My sweet niece is the one in the black dress!

In case you haven't noticed it's been a little rainy around here the last couple of days.  Looks like it
may last for another day or so.  No big deal because I am working hot and heavy on getting some in studio sessions with all my little babies done!  I love spring but I also have to admit that rainy days can be a whole lot of fun when I'm in studio working with babies!  Here is a peak at some of the cute ones I've been doing.  Some of them were from a month or so ago but so adorable I just couldn't resist!  It's like having peanut butter And the jelly....it just goes good together!

Little Adam is the youngest and all his older siblings are girls!  He will be one spoiled adored little boy!  Evie is just a doll! She came and visited with me for her first ever studio pictures.  Needless to say she is as cute and sweet as the Smarties she was digging out of the candy jar in our sweet shop!

Time just flies on by and all of a sudden it's Spring and not fall anymore! Wow! Well I've been just a little busy these past few months so pardon my lack of posts on my blog! I've recently been working on some preschool sessions and they are always adventurous!  One little boy, whose mother I happen to know, is obviously the little class clown! I have to totally admit this little one is soooo adorable and quite funny!  Well here is the adventure we had while I was photographing his little class.  The children were allowed to bring something that is meaningful to them for their photograph. Well this little guy brings a stuffed batman almost as big as he is!  Well getting him to laugh was not a big deal

other than when I squeaked my little yellow pig he took the palm of his hand and hit it against his forehead and just shook his head at me!! Needless to say that was too funny to me and I had a really tough time containing myself! Here's one of the pictures where he is entertaining his classmates and the last one is where he looks under his stool at me!  Like I said ADORABLE!

So I'm lovin this fall weather how about yall?  Nice to have mornings cool and afternoons warm!  I've had some really fun sessions lately...let's see a first pregnancy session...love them!! A first birthday cake smashing session!! Always interesting to say the least...this little one cried when we lit her candle!! That was a first!  We are in full preschool mode this week so I get to photograph lots of little cuties!  Well some not so cuties (attitudes wise!) but they can put on some faces!  I had a little boy last week throw his toy at his childcare worker because he had to sit to have his picture taken!! LLC (laughing like crazy) on the inside, I almost laughed out loud!  I took his picture,  pout and all cause he was soooo cute and had such a big attitude! Well I'm off to another week of adventure.  Family sessions will start in late October so be ready for the family special to be posted on my website!!! It"ll be some fun fall times!!! See ya soon!

Another successful day in the humid Louisiana weather!  Went out early today to photograph one of my favorite families!! The Trahan gang!  ALL of them! So I thought I would post this really sweet one of Andy and his crew.  I started loading all the photographs and this one caught my eye because big sister is being so sweet to baby sister and brother is being so sweet to mom!  I just love it!
On another note, I just want this weather to turn a little cooler and the wind to blow just a little bit!  Isn't it almost fall?  Well we had a great time and took some really unique family pics.  I'm sure I'll post a few more as I go along this week. Happy Saturday yall!

Osbon-Jackson wedding

Osbon-Jackson wedding was a beautiful ceremony outdoors in our crispy Louisiana fall weekend of Sept 1st.  It was a merely 92 Degrees with a very scant light wind blowing across the lawn!  Ok so a little southern humor for a really hot day!  I do have to say the ceremony location (which I will try to connect with Facebook--no promises) Edgewood Plantation in Farmerville, LA, was a great place to have an outdoor wedding.  It is this newly restored bed and breakfast with an incredible lawn and a big wide sweeping porch and staircase! The bride arrived to the ceremony in a horse drawn carriage. She was escorted down the outside lawn isle by her Dad.  She wore a victorian lace dress in ivory.  The groom was wearing a light striped seersucker suit with turquoise tie.  The bridesmaids wore a one shoulder, short turquoise dresses and the groomsmen wore white button up shirts with turquoise ties and khakis   The two flower girls wore white airy summer dresses with turquoise purses to hold the rose petals.  Ceremony was performed by Pastor Terry Taylor from Family Church in West Monroe, LA.  The reception followed with dancing, great conversation, food catered by Pat's.  The night blooming flowers (Midnight trumpets) were full open and smelling like a mixture of jasmine and honeysuckle as the couple left for their honeymoon.  Overall a wonderful time had by all who attended.  I will be sure and post a few pics very shortly!

Some people ask me why I  post so early...why am I up this early?  Well today I have good reason!  I am going to photograph a bride this morning!  Yes, a very adorable young lady by the name of Jodi!  She is probably headed to Salon 7 right now to have Katie Baugh do some incredible job on her pretty blonde locks!!!  I can't wait to do this.  We get to go to a location I have never been and we are doing a very southern country style bridal session!!! I'm so pumped and I haven't even done it yet!  I'll check back later...

Labor Day Wedding

Sept 1st, 2012
Happy Labor Day Weekend to all!  It's going to be a pretty day after hurricane Issac cleared out!  Today is Whitney and Brandon's big day!  I can't wait to photograph their wedding!  It's outdoors and the weather appears to be cooporating well!  This is Whitney just a couple of months ago in her friend Sarah's wedding at Layton Castle.  She is so beautiful and I know she will be stunning in her wedding dress today!  I'll update with pics soon!  Don't forget to not drink and drive or text and drive on this holiday weekend!
